In this video, GMBN visits Magura’s main production facility in Germany to find out what goes into making brakes.

At MAGURA, the path of a brake does not begin with the assembly of supplied components, but in the in-house composite production facility close to their German headquarter. All MT brake master use Carbotecture as the base material. Check the video for all details.

During the assembly process, the many individual parts of the MT brake are carefully put together and the brake master is connected to the line and the lever blade. The filling of the brake with MAGURA’s own “Royal Blood” mineral oil and the subsequent bleeding is done by a self-developed automated machine.
